Sunday Morning Worship Service

    Our Morning Worship service begins at 11:00 AM.  During the service we sing the hymns of the faith, read the Word of God, and  preach the Word of God.   Before the message we dismiss young people ages three through the third grade to Junior Church where they have a lesson from the Word of God, play games, and do crafts.  We are currently studying the I AM passages in the Gospel of John in both the morning and evening worship services.

Sunday Evening Worship Service

     Our Evening Worship Service begins at 6:00 PM.  During the service we sing the hymns of the faith and preach the Word of God.  Currently we are studying through the I AM statements in the Gospel of John.

Sunday School

      We have Sunday School for all ages.  Currently our young people use the Sunday School curriculum printed by Joyful Light.  

    In the Adult Sunday School Class we are doing a study on the Superiority of Christ in the book of Hebrews.  The purpose of this class is to call attention to the glory of Jesus Christ and demonstrate the greatness of His person and work.

    Sunday School begins at 9:45 AM with opening exercises, during which time we sing choruses, play a Bible game, and keep current on events around us.  We encourage you to bring your children and stay for the Adult Bible Study  time.

Prayer Meeting

    This is a special time set aside on Wednesday nights for prayer.  We have a brief Bible study, followed by a time of prayer together.   The service begins at 7:00 PM, and concludes when we are finished praying, generally around 8:00 PM.  This service is an important time in the life of the church as it is a time during the middle of the week to encourage and uplift one another.  Currently, we are studying Christ in the Old Testament.  Each week we are examining the pictures, portraits, and prophecies of Christ in that particular book.  Everyone is encouraged to read the book, and share there observations.  Pastor presents some and then emphasizes one in particular.

Other Activities

    As the Lord allows, we also have other fellowship times as a church.   Some of these include a Senior Saints luncheon, a ministry to New Windsor Country Inn, a Young Adult Game Night, Ladies' Meetings, Bible and Mission's Conferences, and Sunday School picnics.  We also have special activities that we attend at Tri-State Bible Camp or with other churches in the area of like faith and practice.

SAILOR'S CLUB

    SAILOR'S CLUB is a Children's Bible Club meeting at 6 PM in the basement of the church.  There will be singing, games, activities, arts and crafts, and competitions.  Each evening there will be a Bible lesson, and the children will continue to work on a memory verse.  While the children are involved in the Bible Club, our regular evening service, will be meeting upstairs.  Feel free to call the church for information, or come and join us for this time.

CPR

    We will be offering a CPR for the Professional Rescuer Class with AED in April.  This class is open to all, and costs $60 per person.  One class will meet on Thursday nights, May 17 and 24 from 6-10 PM.  The second class will be on Saturday May 19 from 8-5 (lunch will be provided).  Space is limited, please call to register for either one of these classes.

VBS

    This summer our Vacation Bible School will run from August 11-15, 2008.  The first week that everyone is out of school.  The theme is Dyno Detectives.  Ages 3-6th grade

THEOLOGY CLASS

    Starting on April 4, 2008 at 7 PM, we will begin an adult Theology Class.  This class is open to all, and we will be studying Systemtaic Theology.  The text is Charles Ryrie's Basis Theology.  There will be booklets available for students to utilize during this class.  Please call the church if you would like to attend, and we will get you a book for your early reading.   

Ladies' Fellowship

    The Ladies of the church meet once a month for fellowship.  They are currently studying the lives of Mary and Martha.

HOME BIBLE STUDIES

    We are in the process of beginning Home Bible Studies.  These will be in the homes  of various families.  We will be using the booklet WON BY ONE.  If you are interested in either attending or hosting a Bible Study, please call the church at 845.534.3335.  The studies will meet about once a month and we will set the date for each meeting at the previous meeting.
